Ans. Reference book is book that you need to go to library and ask librian to get it.
But, General book You can find it in book store and buy it.

Ans. When,I have some problem with information and When I don't know some word. So, I need to use Dictionary.or When I have to do a report.

Ans. Dictionary because, I usually use dictionary. When I translate English to Thai.
